Do you think I made that chart? And, yes, the chart has 3 points over a 70 year period, so it's left quite a bit out. But, you're not arguing that that number is rising, are you?
Yes, that is exactly what I am saying. Why don't you plot every year and see what it shows. This graphic is severely misleading.
